Chameleon Lean Solutions provide bespoke lean coaching solutions to empower your organisation to deliver.

With extensive hands-on experience from 1994 to the present day, we share our breadth and depth of knowledge. This ranges from 'living' Lean through Engineering at Toyota, to coaching organisations including Rolls-Royce, Velux, Bombardier, Jaguar, Ford, Land Rover, RUAG, Iberia, Air Europa, FG Wilson, London Taxis, PhlexGlobal, CRF Health and OAG in their lean transformation journeys.

We have experience in short-term and long-term Lean activities, both at the 'coal face' and throughout management structures. Our skills have been utilised in supporting organisational Lean transformation as well as specific improvement activities such as Practical Problem Solving.

We have successfully applied and coached Lean principles and Lean leadership behaviours in a number of different environments, ranging from low to high volume manufacturing, to aerospace repair and overhaul, to train fleet reliability, vehicle servicing and office-based transactional processes.

We have also worked on a large number of new facility designs and infrastructure changes valued at over £1bn, appropriately implementing Lean principles.

Solutions provided have ranged from traditional lean 'tool' training, lean coaching, interim performance management, leadership behaviour coaching (actions to support and drive lean culture) to lean infrastructure support (new build, facility transformation, organisational design).
