Lean Leadership Behaviours

The culture of your organisation is critical to enabling, supporting, and driving Lean improvement. Culture is driven by our thoughts, beliefs, actions and behaviours (our actions).

Whilst many organisations continue to focus on the rollout of lean tools, experience has demonstrated to us that sustainment of these lean tools has been limited, due to the requirement for a greater change in mind-set.
